Honey with a Kick

Mike's Hot Honey is a sweet-heat combo of honey infused with chili peppers that adds the perfect kick to just about any food or drink. Some say you can't have pizza without Mike's Hot Honey, and we would have to agree. A simple drizzle over the entire slice gives it a sweet kick that complements the savory pizza toppings. Don't want to use it on the entire slice? No problem. We also recommend dipping any leftover crusts into the honey as a "dessert" when you're done with the best part of the pizza.

Don't Stop at Just Pizza

While Mike's Hot Honey go hand in hand with pizza, it's good in other recipes too! Liven up cocktails, breakfast frittatas, barbecue ribs, sundaes, cornbread, biscuits, salmon and more.
