1. Terms of Service
Overview
Welcome to VERMART. VERMART is a cross-border wellness and everyday essentials retailer operated by VERMART LLC, a New York limited liability company, doing business as VERMART. In these Terms, “VERMART,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean VERMART LLC as the retail seller operating this store, its services, and its associated region-specific sales channels. These Terms apply only where VERMART LLC is identified as the seller; a separately operated store may have different terms.
By visiting this VERMART LLC-operated storefront, placing an order, creating an account, contacting us, submitting content, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies applicable to your purchase, including our Shipping, Returns & Refunds, Customs & Duties, Privacy, Product Information, Review and Intellectual Property provisions and, if applicable, our Subscribe & Save Policy. Nothing in these Terms reduces rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Who May Use Vermart
Vermart is intended for use by customers who are at least the age of majority in their province, state, or country of residence, or who are using the website under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to purchase the products in your order and that the products are permitted for import, possession, and use in your destination country, state, province, or region.
Certain wellness, supplement, personal care, OTC, or age-sensitive products may not be suitable for all customers. Please read all product labels, warnings, ingredients, and usage instructions before purchase and use.
Our Business Model
Vermart is a curated cross-border wellness and essentials retailer. Vermart does not currently operate as an open third-party seller marketplace. Products are curated and fulfilled through Vermart’s own sourcing, retail, distribution, wholesale, brand, or fulfillment partners.
Orders may ship from the United States, Canada, or another supported fulfillment location depending on the product, supplier, carrier service, and delivery destination. VERMART LLC is the retail seller for orders placed on its storefronts, including eligible orders fulfilled by independent suppliers or affiliated fulfillment providers. Shipment origin does not by itself change the identity of the seller.
Products are sourced from reputable retail, wholesale, brand, distribution, and fulfillment partners. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Vermart does not claim to be the manufacturer, exclusive distributor, official brand store, or authorized reseller of every brand listed on our website.
Brand names, trademarks, product names, and manufacturer references are used for product identification, resale, compatibility, and informational purposes only. Their appearance on Vermart does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, authorization, or partnership unless expressly stated.
Product Information
We work to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, prices, ingredients, usage details, availability, and shipping information. However, product information may change without notice.
Manufacturers may update packaging, ingredients, formulas, labels, country versions, warnings, dosage instructions, or product images. Product packaging, ingredients, labels, and warnings may vary by region or manufacturer update.
Customers are responsible for reading the product label, ingredient list, warnings, expiration information, and manufacturer instructions before using any product. If there is any difference between website information and the physical product label, the physical product label and manufacturer instructions should be followed.
Product Availability and Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, payment approval, fraud screening, shipping feasibility, and compliance review.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders for reasonable documented reasons, including suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, obvious pricing errors, unavailable products, restricted destinations, import or safety concerns, high-risk addresses, unusually large purchase quantities, or legal/compliance risks. Where an accepted order must be materially changed, we will seek the customer’s agreement where required by law, or cancel and provide the legally required refund. This clause does not permit us to change an agreed price or material contract term unilaterally contrary to consumer law.
If VERMART cancels an order that cannot be fulfilled as agreed, we will refund amounts due to the original payment method without deductions prohibited by law. Disclosed, reasonable costs may be considered only for returns, refusals, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, and only where applicable law permits. Refund and remedy rights for non-delivery or cancellation by the seller remain unaffected.
Pricing, Currency, and Errors
Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices, promotions, discounts, shipping fees, taxes, and duties may change without notice.
Although we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, errors may occur. If a product is listed with incorrect pricing, incorrect shipping charges, incorrect duty/tax estimates, incorrect availability, or incorrect product details, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order.
We are not obligated to fulfill orders based on obvious pricing errors, system errors, marketplace sync errors, supplier feed errors, currency conversion errors, or typographical mistakes.
Payments
By placing a one-time order, you authorize VERMART LLC and its payment processors to charge the amount disclosed at checkout, including applicable product price, shipping, taxes, prepaid duties, and disclosed fees. By separately selecting Subscribe & Save and providing affirmative consent, you authorize recurring charges at the clearly disclosed billing frequency and under the applicable Subscription & Cancellation Policy. Subscription enrollment is not automatic when you choose a one-time purchase.
All payments are subject to approval by the payment provider. Vermart is not responsible for payment delays, bank holds, authorization issues, currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or payment processor declines.
Fraud Prevention and Verification
To protect our customers, business, payment processors, and shipping partners, Vermart may review orders for fraud, unauthorized payment use, suspicious activity, unusual order patterns, freight forwarding risk, address mismatch, payment mismatch, or chargeback risk.
We may request additional verification before fulfilling an order. This may include confirmation of billing information, shipping address, payment authorization, identity verification for high-risk orders, or other reasonable information needed to confirm the transaction.
Failure to complete requested verification may result in order cancellation. Vermart reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict accounts, or decline future transactions where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, chargeback risk, or violation of our policies.
International Orders
Orders may ship from the United States, Canada, or another supported fulfillment location. We review destination and carrier restrictions to the extent reasonably practicable; customers must also provide accurate information and comply with destination-specific requirements that are disclosed to them. We will not knowingly ship products that we determine cannot lawfully be delivered to the destination. Any mandatory consumer remedies for products we are unable to deliver remain unaffected.
International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import rules, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, delivery delays, documentation requirements, restrictions, or refusal by local authorities.
Customs authorities may delay, inspect, reassess, reject, seize, destroy, return, or refuse shipments at their discretion. Vermart is not responsible for decisions made by customs authorities, postal authorities, health regulators, border agencies, or local government offices.
Health, Wellness, Supplement, and OTC Disclaimer
Vermart is not a medical provider, pharmacy, healthcare professional, or manufacturer of the products sold on our website unless clearly stated.
Information on our website is provided for general informational and shopping purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare guidance.
Products sold by Vermart are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease unless specifically permitted by applicable law and stated by the product manufacturer.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using supplements, OTC products, wellness products, personal care products, or products intended for children, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, have allergies, or are purchasing for a child or vulnerable person.
Intellectual Property
All content on this VERMART LLC-operated storefront, including text, graphics, design, layout, logos, icons, images, videos, banners, product organization, website structure, and brand elements, is owned by Vermart, licensed to Vermart, or used in accordance with applicable rights.
Third-party brand names, logos, product names, trademarks, images, and manufacturer references remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on Vermart does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, authorization, or partnership unless expressly stated.
Rights holders may contact support@vermart.com with intellectual property concerns.
User Content, Reviews, and Submissions
When you submit a review, photo, or other content, you retain ownership of your content and grant VERMART a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and share it in connection with review administration, customer support, and lawful promotion, subject to privacy and intellectual-property rights. Any moderation or formatting will not materially change the meaning or sentiment of a genuine review. This license does not require a transfer or waiver of your intellectual-property rights.
You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, unlawful, infringing, obscene, spam-like, harmful, or containing improper medical claims.
We may moderate or remove reviews that are fake, deceptive, irrelevant, spam, unlawful, abusive, disclose private information, infringe rights, or violate stated neutral moderation standards. We apply these rules consistently to positive and negative reviews. We do not suppress genuine negative reviews merely because they criticize a product, a delivery, or VERMART.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use this VERMART storefront or our services to violate any law, purchase products restricted in your location, commit fraud or payment abuse, submit false information, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with website security, scrape or misuse website content, abuse promotions or refunds, resell products in violation of laws or brand restrictions, or engage in activity that harms Vermart, our customers, partners, or service providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vermart and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, fulfillment partners, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, services, shipping, customs events, delays, product use, order cancellations, or policy enforcement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vermart’s maximum liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms or any Vermart policy limits customer rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
No Guarantee of Results
Wellness, supplement, beauty, skincare, personal care, and related products may work differently for different individuals. Vermart does not guarantee specific health, wellness, beauty, fitness, therapeutic, or lifestyle results.
Force Majeure
VERMART is not responsible for failure or delay to the extent directly caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, government restrictions, carrier interruptions, or border closures, provided we take reasonable mitigation steps. This provision does not remove mandatory consumer rights to cancel, receive a refund, or obtain other statutory remedies for non-delivery or delay.
Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory rights or protections available under the laws of their country, state, or place of habitual residence where those rights must apply.
To the extent permitted by law, courts located in New York, United States, have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes involving VERMART LLC. Consumers may bring claims in local courts or consumer tribunals where mandatory law gives them that right. Nothing here imposes binding arbitration, waives a statutory remedy, or restricts any non-waivable consumer protection.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Shipping Policy
Overview
Vermart ships wellness products, supplements, personal care items, beauty products, grocery products, baby products, and everyday essentials across supported destinations.
Our goal is to provide a reliable, transparent, and customer-friendly cross-border shopping experience. Because many Vermart orders involve international fulfillment, delivery times and customs processing may vary by destination.
Fulfillment Locations
Orders may be dispatched from the United States, Canada, or other supported fulfillment locations, depending on the product and the delivery destination. A shipment from another country does not necessarily mean the seller of record has changed.
Depending on product availability, customer destination, carrier network, and operational requirements, your order may ship from Canada, the United States, a Vermart fulfillment partner, a retail/wholesale/distribution partner, or another supported fulfillment location.
Orders with multiple products may arrive in separate packages.
Processing Time
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days under normal conditions after payment approval, fraud screening, product availability confirmation, and shipping feasibility review.
Processing may take longer for high-value orders, international orders, items requiring special handling, supplier availability checks, address issues, or orders requiring customer verification.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service is clearly offered and confirmed in writing.
After Vermart hands the shipment to the carrier, the carrier may update routing, delivery timelines, pickup requirements, or local delivery handling based on its network and destination-country conditions.
Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspection, international border processing, weather events, high-volume seasons, incorrect addresses, remote delivery areas, local holidays, customer availability, documentation requests, payment verification, or product availability.
Independent carriers and border agencies may cause delays outside our control. Nevertheless, any applicable customer rights for late delivery, non-delivery, or cancellation remain in effect.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking details will be provided by email or through your order status page.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after a label is created. International tracking may pause while shipments move between carriers, countries, customs facilities, or local delivery partners.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment/unit number, postal code, phone number, and any required delivery details.
The customer should provide an accurate delivery address and required access information. Additional costs resulting directly from materially incorrect or incomplete customer-provided details may be charged where disclosed and legally permitted, without limiting mandatory delivery rights.
If an order is returned primarily because the customer supplied materially incorrect address information, reasonable and disclosed non-recoverable return costs may be deducted from a discretionary refund where lawful. No deduction applies where prohibited by law or where the failure resulted from our error or the carrier’s failure to perform.
Delivery Attempts and Pickup Locations
Some carriers may deliver to the address provided, while others may leave a notice for pickup at a local post office, parcel locker, access point, courier branch, or pickup location.
Once a shipment is marked as available for pickup, the customer is responsible for collecting it within the carrier’s required timeframe.
If a customer refuses or fails to collect a shipment for reasons within their control, we may consider reasonable disclosed costs when determining a discretionary refund, subject to applicable law. We will not pass to the customer prepaid duties under a DDP service or costs caused by our or the carrier’s error, and we will provide mandatory refunds or remedies where required.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period or the carrier confirms a package is lost, please contact support@vermart.com.
We may open an investigation with the carrier. Refunds or replacements for lost packages are handled case by case after carrier review and confirmation.
A carrier delivery scan may be considered when investigating a missing parcel, but it is not automatically conclusive. VERMART will investigate delivery evidence and provide any replacement, refund, or remedy required by applicable law.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please check around your delivery location, ask household members/building staff/neighbours/mailroom staff, contact the local carrier, and contact Vermart support within 5 calendar days of the delivery scan.
We will investigate promptly with the carrier and consider all available delivery evidence. Refunds or replacements will be provided where required by applicable law or otherwise approved after review.
Restricted Products and Destinations
Certain products may not be eligible for shipping to all destinations due to carrier rules, customs restrictions, product ingredients, health regulations, brand restrictions, hazardous materials rules, temperature sensitivity, or local laws.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe cannot be shipped safely, legally, or reliably.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are shown at checkout where available. Shipping fees may vary based on destination, product weight, product type, carrier service, taxes, duties, and fulfillment requirements.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable once an order has shipped, unless the issue is caused by Vermart error or otherwise required by law.
3. Customs, Duties & Import Policy
Overview
VERMART is a cross-border wellness and essentials retailer operated by VERMART LLC. Orders may be shipped from the United States, Canada, or other supported locations. Customs rules differ by destination, shipment origin, product classification, and product category.
This policy explains how duties, taxes, customs clearance, import restrictions, documentation requests, and customs-related returns are handled.
Customer Responsibility for Import Eligibility
Before placing an order, customers are responsible for confirming that the products in their order may legally be imported, possessed, and used in the destination country, state, province, or region.
This is especially important for supplements, vitamins, OTC products, eye care products, skincare, cosmetics, grocery, baby products, personal care products, products with active ingredients, and products regulated differently between countries.
A product lawfully sold in one country may be restricted, require documents, or be prohibited in another. We may cancel an order if import eligibility cannot be reasonably established. No merchant can guarantee a particular customs decision, but this does not remove our duty to fulfill the agreed order lawfully or provide mandatory remedies if delivery fails.
Customs Inspections and Government Decisions
Customs authorities, health regulators, postal authorities, and border agencies may inspect, delay, reassess, reject, seize, destroy, return, or refuse shipments at their discretion.
VERMART does not control independent customs or regulatory decisions, but we remain responsible for our own representations, shipping arrangements, paperwork, DDP commitments, and any mandatory customer remedies.
Duties, Taxes, and Fees
Import duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, GST, clearance and brokerage charges may apply to cross-border orders. The checkout and applicable shipping terms will indicate whether import duties and taxes are prepaid/included (for example, Delivered Duty Paid, or DDP), or payable by the recipient upon import (for example, Delivered at Place, or DAP).
For a shipment expressly sold and fulfilled on DDP terms, VERMART is responsible for the agreed import duties, import taxes, and related import-clearance charges under those terms, including ordinary customs reassessments arising from our or our carrier’s valuation, origin, classification, or documentation. Customers should not be asked to pay the same prepaid import charges again. Please notify us promptly if a carrier attempts duplicate collection so we can investigate.
For a shipment expressly sold on non-DDP/DAP terms, the customer may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage and disbursement charges that were not included in the checkout total, to the extent clearly disclosed before the order is placed and permitted by law. We do not automatically shift DDP cost differences to customers merely because customs authorities reassess a shipment.
Prepaid Duties and Reassessment
For eligible destinations, VERMART may offer prepaid duties and taxes, a duty-inclusive total, or another clearly described DDP option. If expressly selected and confirmed, we will arrange for the agreed import charges to be paid to the carrier, broker, or customs authority under the applicable DDP service. DDP availability is not guaranteed for every product, destination, or shipping method.
Customs authorities may independently inspect and reassess shipments. We will investigate and handle ordinary reassessments and applicable brokerage obligations on DDP orders in accordance with those terms. Customers must reasonably cooperate with legally required identity, permit, or import documentation requests. If an extraordinary additional charge results directly from inaccurate customer-provided information or a separately disclosed customer obligation, we will contact the customer before seeking payment where lawful. We will not automatically pass a reassessment or carrier error to the customer or claim that customs decisions eliminate non-waivable consumer remedies.
Required Documents, Permits, or Prescriptions
Some countries may require customers to provide personal identification, tax identification numbers, import permits, product-use declarations, prescriptions, health certificates, proof of purchase, customs forms, or other documents requested by local authorities.
The customer is responsible for providing required documents on time. Delays or failure to provide documents may result in storage fees, return, abandonment, destruction, or refusal of the shipment.
Customs Holds, Refusals, Seizures, and Returns
If an order is held, refused, returned, seized, destroyed, or abandoned due to customs restrictions, unpaid duties/taxes, missing documents, local import rules, customer inaction, or refusal to accept delivery, Vermart may not be able to recover the shipment or product value.
For voluntary or discretionary refunds arising from a customer’s refusal, failure to provide requested lawful documents, or a prohibited import that was accurately disclosed before purchase, reasonable non-recoverable costs may be deducted only where disclosed and permitted by law. No deductions will reduce mandatory consumer remedies, including where a shipment fails because of our error, incorrect paperwork, a DDP obligation we undertook, or goods that are faulty or not as described.
For health, supplement, grocery, baby, personal care, and hygiene-sensitive products, returned items may not be resellable and may be excluded from refund eligibility depending on condition and applicable rules.
Customer Refusal to Pay Import Charges
If a customer refuses to pay required customs charges, import fees, duties, taxes, or carrier charges, the shipment may be returned, delayed, abandoned, destroyed, or seized.
For a validly disclosed customer-pay import charge under a non-DDP order, refusal to pay can delay or prevent delivery. Any reduction of a discretionary refund must be lawful, reasonable, and supported by the circumstances. If an order is DDP, customers are not expected to pay import charges that VERMART agreed to cover. Mandatory refund, delivery, and consumer-protection rights continue to apply.
Country-Specific Restrictions
Vermart may provide general product information, but we cannot provide legal advice about every destination country’s import rules.
Customers should contact their local customs office, health authority, postal operator, or licensed professional before ordering restricted or regulated products.
No Guarantee of Customs Clearance
Vermart works in good faith to ship compliant orders using available carrier and customs processes. However, we do not guarantee that every shipment will clear customs in every country.
Customs clearance is controlled by the destination country’s authorities.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Overview
Vermart wants customers to receive products safely, accurately, and in good condition. Because many of our products are wellness, supplement, personal care, grocery, baby, beauty, OTC, or hygiene-sensitive items, returns are limited for health, safety, and cross-border reasons.
This policy is designed to be fair to customers while protecting product safety, compliance, and international shipping costs.
Nothing in this policy limits customer rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Return Eligibility
Returns or refunds may be available for damaged products, defective products, incorrect items sent by Vermart, missing items from an order, carrier-confirmed lost shipments, or other issues approved by Vermart support.
Please notify support@vermart.com as soon as reasonably practicable, preferably within 7 calendar days of delivery, of damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items. This requested notification period does not limit longer statutory periods or rights that cannot legally be waived.
Evidence Required
To help us resolve issues quickly, we may request order number, photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item, photos of the shipping box and label, photos of packaging material, batch/lot/expiry information if applicable, carrier notice or customs notice if applicable, or any other information reasonably needed to investigate the issue.
Reasonable supporting information may be requested to investigate a claim. Failure to provide information may affect our ability to investigate, but it does not automatically extinguish statutory rights or remedies.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, hygiene, regulatory, and resale reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Opened supplements, vitamins, ingestible products, OTC products, grocery and food products, baby feeding or baby care products, personal care products, skincare and cosmetics that have been opened or used, hygiene-sensitive items, temperature-sensitive items, clearance/final sale items, products with broken seals, products without original packaging, and products returned due to buyer remorse after international shipment.
Buyer Remorse Returns
Outside countries or product categories where a mandatory cancellation/withdrawal right applies, we are generally not required to accept returns solely because a customer has changed their mind. We may approve discretionary returns on a case-by-case basis, subject to the disclosed eligibility and condition requirements.
For a discretionary buyer-remorse return that is not a statutory right, the customer may be responsible for reasonable, disclosed return shipping and non-recoverable import/handling costs where lawful. A discretionary restocking and handling charge of up to 25% may apply only if disclosed before return authorization and permitted by law; it is not an automatic or minimum charge. No such charge applies to defective or misdescribed products or where the customer exercises a mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal right.
For qualifying online orders supplied to customers protected by UK or EU distance-selling rules, a consumer generally has 14 days after receiving goods to notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions (including certain rapidly perishable goods and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after being unsealed). After giving notice, consumers generally have a further 14 days to return eligible goods. Refunds, original standard-delivery costs, permitted reductions for diminished value, return-shipping responsibility, and processing deadlines will follow the applicable mandatory law. We will provide any required cancellation instructions or standard form. These rights do not depend on our discretionary approval.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days of delivery, so we can investigate and assist. This is a service request period, not a waiver of any longer legal guarantee, statutory remedy, or applicable consumer right.
We will provide repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another remedy as required by applicable consumer law. Where no mandatory remedy applies, we may propose an appropriate solution on a case-by-case basis. Store credit will not replace a cash refund where the customer is legally entitled to reimbursement.
We may not require return of damaged or unsafe items where return shipping is impractical, unsafe, or not required for investigation.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, Vermart may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit after carrier investigation.
Packages marked delivered by the carrier are not automatically considered lost. Delivered-but-not-received claims are reviewed case by case.
Customs Refusals, Import Rejections, and Regulatory Holds
If an order is refused, returned, seized, destroyed, abandoned, or rejected by customs or local authorities due to import restrictions, unpaid charges, missing documents, prescription requirements, permits, customer inaction, or local regulatory rules, refund eligibility may be limited.
For genuinely discretionary refunds where the customer was informed in advance, reasonable and lawful non-recoverable costs may be deducted as applicable. We will not impose restocking fees or remove shipping and other reimbursements contrary to mandatory consumer rights. If refusal or return results from our incorrect documentation, a product restriction we should have addressed, or a DDP obligation, we will provide remedies required by law.
A refusal, seizure, or destruction can limit a discretionary refund where the customer caused or accepted a disclosed import risk. This does not exclude statutory remedies where the goods were not lawfully deliverable as sold or VERMART failed a contractual or legal obligation.
Refused, Unclaimed, or Abandoned Packages
If a package is refused, not collected from a pickup location, abandoned, returned due to failed delivery attempts, or returned because the customer did not respond to carrier/customs requests, any eligible refund may be reduced by all related costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Refund timing depends on payment provider processing times and bank policies. Vermart is not responsible for bank delays after a refund is issued.
Maximum Remedy
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VERMART is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from circumstances for which we are not legally responsible. No term excludes or restricts liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited, faulty goods, non-delivery, mandatory remedies, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any monetary limitation applies only to the extent enforceable under the law applicable to the claim.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Healthcare, Supplement & Product Disclaimer
General Disclaimer
Vermart is not a doctor, pharmacy, medical clinic, healthcare provider, manufacturer, or professional healthcare advisor.
Information on this VERMART storefront is provided for general informational and shopping purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
No Disease Claims
Unless expressly stated by the manufacturer and permitted by applicable law, products sold on Vermart are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
For dietary supplements sold into or within the United States, where applicable:
“This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”
Consult a Healthcare Professional
Before using supplements, vitamins, OTC products, wellness products, personal care products, beauty products, or products intended for children, consult a qualified healthcare professional if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition, have allergies or sensitivities, are purchasing for a child, are elderly or medically vulnerable, are combining multiple products, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you.
Individual Results May Vary
Products may affect people differently. Vermart does not guarantee specific health, wellness, beauty, skincare, fitness, lifestyle, or therapeutic results.
Ingredients, Allergens, and Labels
Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredient lists, allergen warnings, dosage instructions, expiry dates, contraindications, and manufacturer directions before use.
If you have allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or ingredient concerns, do not use a product until you have confirmed it is suitable with a qualified professional.
Regional Product Differences
Products may vary by country or region. Packaging, ingredient listings, dosage forms, label languages, warning statements, regulatory markings, and manufacturer claims may differ depending on the product version.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the product version they purchase is suitable and permitted in their location.
Product Misuse
Customers should use and store products in accordance with the label and professional advice where applicable. VERMART is not responsible for loss attributable solely to customer misuse or use contrary to clear instructions to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability for defective products, legally inadequate warnings, negligence, misdescription, or other matters for which applicable law prevents exclusion.
Emergency Situations
If you experience a medical emergency or serious adverse reaction, stop using the product and seek immediate medical attention. Do not rely on Vermart customer support for emergency medical advice.
6. Product Authenticity & Sourcing Policy
Our Commitment
Vermart is committed to offering authentic wellness and everyday essential products sourced through trusted retail, wholesale, distribution, brand, and fulfillment partners.
We do not knowingly sell counterfeit products.
Sourcing Model
Products are sourced from reputable retail, wholesale, brand, distribution, and fulfillment partners. Vermart may source products from reputable retailers, wholesale suppliers, authorized distributors where available, brand partners, fulfillment partners, or other trusted commercial sources.
Unless expressly stated, Vermart does not claim to be an authorized reseller, exclusive distributor, official brand store, or manufacturer representative for every product or brand listed.
No Open Third-Party Marketplace
Vermart does not currently operate as an open third-party seller marketplace. Products are curated and fulfilled through Vermart’s own sourcing, retail, distribution, wholesale, brand, or fulfillment partners.
Packaging Differences
Because Vermart serves cross-border customers, product packaging may vary by country or region. Customers may receive products with Canadian packaging, U.S. packaging, bilingual or multilingual labels, updated manufacturer packaging, regional label differences, different promotional packaging, or manufacturer design changes.
Packaging, ingredients, labels, and warnings may vary by region or manufacturer update. Such differences do not necessarily mean the product is inauthentic.
Expiry Dates and Product Condition
Where applicable, Vermart aims to ship products with reasonable remaining shelf life. Expiry date formats may vary by country and manufacturer.
If you have concerns about a product’s expiry date, seal, packaging condition, or authenticity, contact support@vermart.com with your order number and clear photos before using the product.
Brand Ownership
All brand names, trademarks, product names, logos, and manufacturer references belong to their respective owners. Use of brand names on Vermart is for product identification and resale purposes only and does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, authorization, or endorsement unless expressly stated.
7. Intellectual Property Policy
Respect for Rights Holders
Vermart respects the intellectual property rights of brands, manufacturers, creators, distributors, and rights holders.
We take reasonable steps to ensure our website content and product listings comply with applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Trademarks
Third-party trademarks, brand names, logos, product names, images, and manufacturer references remain the property of their respective owners.
Their appearance on Vermart is for product identification, compatibility, resale, informational, or descriptive purposes only. Unless clearly stated, no relationship, sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or affiliation is implied.
Reporting Intellectual Property Concerns
If you believe content on Vermart infringes your trademark, copyright, design rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@vermart.com with the subject line: “Intellectual Property Complaint.”
Please include your full name and company name, contact information, proof that you own or are authorized to act for the rights holder, registration/application number or other rights evidence where available, country or jurisdiction of registration, URLs or screenshots of the allegedly infringing content, explanation of the alleged infringement, statement that the information provided is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.
Review Process
After receiving a complete complaint, Vermart may request additional information, temporarily remove or disable content, contact the supplier or source, modify the listing, remove the product, reject incomplete or unsupported complaints, or take other appropriate action.
We aim to respond to complete IP complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
False or Misleading Claims
Submitting false, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith IP complaints may result in rejection of the complaint and may expose the sender to legal responsibility.
8. Payment, Pricing & Fraud Prevention Policy
Accepted Payments
Vermart accepts payment methods shown at checkout. Available payment methods may vary by country, currency, order value, device, fraud screening, and payment provider availability.
Payment Authorization
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all billing information is accurate. For subscriptions, automatic future billing requires the affirmative agreement described in the Subscribe & Save Policy.
Currency and Bank Fees
Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your location, website settings, or checkout configuration.
Your bank or card provider may charge currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other bank charges. Vermart is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Fraud Screening
Orders may be reviewed for fraud, unauthorized payment use, suspicious activity, unusual order patterns, freight forwarding risk, address mismatch, payment mismatch, or chargeback risk.
We may delay, cancel, or refuse orders where verification is not completed or where risk remains high.
Verification Requests
For order security, Vermart may request verification such as confirmation of billing details, shipping address, payment authorization, identity verification for high-risk orders, or additional information needed by payment processors or fraud screening tools.
We will only request information reasonably needed for order security and compliance.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with an order, please contact support@vermart.com before opening a payment dispute. We are usually able to resolve order issues faster through customer support.
Fraudulent, false, abusive, or duplicate chargebacks may result in account restrictions, order cancellation, refusal of future service, and submission of evidence to the payment provider.
Vermart may provide payment processors with order records, tracking, delivery scans, customer communications, customs records, and other evidence needed to respond to a dispute.
Promotional Abuse
Vermart reserves the right to cancel orders, revoke discounts, or restrict accounts where promotions, coupons, loyalty credits, referrals, or offers are used fraudulently, abusively, or contrary to their intended purpose.
9. Warranty Policy
Manufacturer Warranties
Some products may include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand, product, country, seller source, and region.
Vermart does not guarantee that every manufacturer warranty will apply internationally or outside the original country of sale.
No Separate Vermart Warranty Unless Stated
Unless expressly stated in writing, Vermart does not provide a separate product warranty beyond any applicable consumer rights and the remedies described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Regional Warranty Limitations
Some manufacturers may limit warranty coverage based on country of purchase, authorized dealer status, product serial number, region-specific model, proof of purchase requirements, product category, or local service availability.
Customers should review manufacturer warranty terms before purchase when warranty coverage is important.
Electronics and Special Products
If Vermart sells electronics or products with manufacturer warranties, customers should confirm compatibility, voltage, plug type, warranty coverage, and service availability in their country before ordering.

12. Affiliate, Influencer & Promotional Partner Terms
Overview
Vermart may work with influencers, affiliates, creators, publishers, ambassadors, or promotional partners to introduce customers to Vermart products and offers.
Compliance Requirements
Partners must comply with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, disclosure, platform, and intellectual property rules.
Partners must clearly disclose sponsored, affiliate, gifted, paid, or commission-based relationships where required by law or platform policy.
Prohibited Claims
Partners may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, medical, disease-treatment, cure, guaranteed-result, or unauthorized claims about Vermart products.
Partners may not state or imply that products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease unless approved by Vermart in writing and legally permitted.
Brand Use
Partners may only use approved Vermart brand assets, links, promotional codes, and messaging. Partners may not misuse third-party brand logos, copyrighted content, or manufacturer assets.
Termination
Vermart may suspend or terminate affiliate, influencer, or promotional relationships for policy violations, misleading claims, brand risk, fraud, abuse, or legal concerns.
13. Customer Reviews & User Content Policy
Reviews
Customers may submit product reviews, website reviews, testimonials, photos, comments, or other feedback.
Reviews should be honest, accurate, and based on genuine customer experience.
Review Moderation
VERMART may moderate content that is fake or fabricated, spam, unlawful, abusive, harassing, irrelevant, misleading in a verifiable factual way, contains personal information without permission, infringes rights, or makes prohibited medical claims. We do not alter the substance or star rating of genuine reviews to make feedback more favorable, and genuine negative reviews are not suppressed solely for their negative opinion. We may respond to reviews publicly and request clarification without pressuring reviewers to change their honest feedback.
Medical Claims in Reviews
Because Vermart sells wellness, supplement, OTC, and personal care products, we may moderate reviews that make disease claims, treatment claims, cure claims, or other statements that may create regulatory risk.
License to Use Content
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you grant VERMART the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to host and display the review and, where lawful, reference it in customer support or marketing without materially altering its meaning. We do not require a transfer of review intellectual-property rights. If reviews are incentivized, we will not condition incentives on a positive or negative opinion and will make legally required disclosures.
14. Accessibility Statement
Vermart is committed to providing a website experience that is accessible and user-friendly for all customers.
We aim to improve website accessibility over time and welcome feedback from customers who experience difficulty using our website.

18. VERMART Subscribe & Save — Subscription and Cancellation Policy
Overview
Subscribe & Save is an optional recurring-purchase service available only for products and destinations where an active subscription option is clearly offered. It is provided by VERMART LLC, doing business as VERMART. A customer may always select One-time Purchase where that option is offered. Choosing a subscription authorizes a series of future orders and payments, not just the first order.
Enrollment and Consent
Before confirming a subscription, we will disclose the selected product, quantity, price or discount, billing and delivery frequency, any minimum commitment, applicable shipping charges, taxes, prepaid import charges where offered, and instructions for stopping recurring orders. Subscriptions renew and are charged automatically until paused or cancelled. We obtain affirmative consent to recurring billing at checkout. Unless a product's offer expressly and conspicuously states otherwise, VERMART Subscribe & Save has no minimum purchase commitment.
Products, Frequency, and Availability
Only eligible products have the Subscribe & Save option. The available frequencies, such as monthly or another interval, are those shown with the product and confirmed at checkout. Selection does not guarantee a fixed delivery calendar date. Supply constraints, out-of-stock products, legal import restrictions, payment failures, or carrier limitations can delay, skip, suspend, or prevent an order. VERMART will take reasonable steps to notify customers of material changes and avoid charging for unavailable orders as required by law.
Pricing and Discounts
Any Subscribe & Save discount applies only when shown on the eligible product and confirmed during checkout. The savings and pricing terms that apply to a subscription are those shown at enrollment or disclosed in a subsequent permitted update. Unless the relevant offer expressly provides a fixed price for a stated term, future product prices, promotions, exchange rates, and applicable taxes or shipping charges may change. Material changes to recurring charges will be disclosed in advance as required by law, with an opportunity to cancel before the affected charge. We will not charge a price increase that requires renewed consent without obtaining that consent.
Shipping, Taxes, and Customs for Recurring Orders
Each subscription delivery is a separate order and may have its own shipping charges, taxes, duties, carrier service, delivery timing, and destination eligibility. The shipping method and amounts are shown at checkout or in the subscription details where supported. Where we expressly offer DDP or prepaid import charges, the DDP terms in our Customs, Duties & Import Policy apply to the recurring shipment. Where charges are not prepaid, that responsibility must be appropriately disclosed. Changes in delivery country, product eligibility, or available carrier service may require a new checkout or other confirmation before a recurring order can proceed.
Managing Your Subscription
For subscriptions managed by Shopify Subscriptions, customers can normally sign in to their VERMART customer account and select Subscriptions to view upcoming orders, update eligible payment and shipping details, skip an upcoming order, pause, resume, or cancel the subscription. Where quantity or delivery-frequency changes are not available as self-service options, contact support@vermart.com for assistance. Features available to a customer depend on the subscription platform and current account settings; VERMART does not promise that multiple subscriptions will be combined into one shipment or that one-time items can be added to a scheduled delivery.
How to Cancel, Pause, or Skip
- Sign in to your VERMART customer account using the email associated with the subscription, or use the Manage Subscription link in a subscription-related email when available.
- Open Subscriptions and select the subscription you wish to change.
- Choose Cancel subscription, Pause subscription, or Skip upcoming order, as available, and confirm the action.
- If you cannot access your account or an option is unavailable, email support@vermart.com with your subscription or order reference before the next scheduled charge.
Customers may cancel at any time without a cancellation penalty unless a clearly disclosed, legally permissible minimum term was expressly agreed at enrollment. Cancelling stops future recurring charges and orders that have not already been processed. It does not automatically cancel, reverse, or refund an order already placed, billed, shipped, or otherwise committed; such orders remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy and mandatory statutory cancellation rights. Pausing prevents new scheduled charges while paused; resuming restarts the subscription according to the updated schedule shown to the customer.
Upcoming Order Notices
For subscriptions processed through Shopify Subscriptions, the platform currently provides an upcoming-order reminder approximately three days before a recurring charge. The reminder allows customers to review, skip, pause, or cancel when available. We will send legally required acknowledgments and advance notices. Email delivery can occasionally fail, so customers can also review their subscription directly from their account. Reminder timing is determined by the active subscription platform and applicable law; customers can also manage subscriptions directly through their accounts.
Payments and Failed Charges
Your payment method will be charged automatically under the authorized plan. If a renewal payment fails, we may notify you, request an updated method, retry in accordance with the payment provider's settings and applicable law, or suspend or cancel the affected subscription. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
Returns, Refunds, and Statutory Rights
Stopping future subscription deliveries does not remove mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, faulty-goods, or other consumer rights relating to an order already charged or delivered. Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to each order, subject to the mandatory rules of the customer's jurisdiction. Any dispute regarding an unauthorized recurring charge should be reported promptly to support@vermart.com.
Changes to the Subscribe & Save Program
We may add or remove eligible products, destinations, service features, or offers. Material changes to active subscription terms will be communicated and consent obtained where required. We will not change the terms of a completed purchase retroactively. Customers may cancel an eligible ongoing subscription before a notified change takes effect.
Support
For subscription assistance, cancellation access issues, account changes, or billing questions, contact VERMART at support@vermart.com.
Short Product Page Disclaimer
Please read product labels before use. Product packaging, ingredients, and warnings may vary by region or manufacturer update. Supplements and wellness products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. International customers are responsible for confirming import eligibility in their destination country before ordering.
Short Cart / Checkout Customs Notice
International orders may be subject to customs inspection and import rules. If an order is expressly sold DDP or with prepaid duties and taxes, VERMART is responsible for the agreed import charges under that service; if import charges are not prepaid, the customer’s potential responsibility will be clearly described before purchase. Customs may reassess shipments, and our Customs, Duties & Import Policy explains how those cases are handled.
